Birdy is a cartoonist, author, and graphic designer from Nebraska who loves creating unique artwork inspired by the things she loves. She has been drawing for as long as she can remember, but began taking art more seriously in middle school. Immediately after graduating high school in 2019, she began posting regular updates to her online comic, "Chimera Heart." Originally debuting on Webtoon, the story has been ongoing for over seven years, and currently has three print volumes made.
In 2021, Birdy began selling her artwork on Etsy and at various in-person events throughout the Midwest. While her main project is "Chimera Heart," she also sells prints, stickers, and bookmarks inspired by popular cartoon, anime, and video game franchises. She particularly enjoys Vocaloid and vocal synth culture, which is why the number "39" is prominent in her online usernames.
