Comic Con Nebraska is held at the CHI Health Center Omaha Convention Center located at 455 N 10th St, Omaha, NE 68102.

Saturday, August 2nd: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday, August 3rd: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Exhibitor Badges can be picked up at the REGISTRATION area during move-in hours:

Friday (8/1): 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday (8/2): 8:00am – 10:00am

REGISTRATION will be located inside the loading dock for Hall B.

NOTE: Hand-Carried freight may come through the front doors. However, on FRIDAY ONLY, you may also hand carry freight through the Hilton Omaha Skywalk.

You must be set up and ready to go by Saturday, 8/2 at 10:00am when the doors open to the public. On Saturday, you can stay up to 30 minutes after doors close for any post-show organizing.

You may arrive at 9:00am (one hour before doors open to the public) for restocking on Sunday.

Note: No children under 16 during set up hours on Friday due to CHI Health Center Policy!

Move-Out Hours are 5:00pm-11:30pm on Sunday, August 3rd. You must be broken down and completely moved out by this time.

Access the loading dock via MECA DRIVE, located on the north end of the CHI Health building at the 10th Street stop light.

The road will curve around to the back of the facility.

You will pull up the second large ramp that leads to garage door "B" next to stall #10.

From door B, you can unload your vehicle.

Parking is available in the loading dock area or Lot D with a dock pass ($10). You may purchase your dock pass when you check in at the CCN Registration. Parking is limited in the loading dock area and is first come, first serve, otherwise you will need to park in Lot D with your dock pass. Dock passes are available on-site only.

Before attending Comic Con Nebraska, please read the CHI Health Center Exhibitor Rules & Regulations below:

All sellers must have a Nebraska sales tax permit or obtain one to be able to vend the event. If you already hold a NE sales tax permit or are a NE resident, you will pay as you usually do.

Click Register your New Business Online

Enter email under Create User Account
Click Register New Account
Fill out form and click Register
Click Continue on next page
Click License a New Business button
Fill out all pages of the form and click Submit

Write down or save your PIN number and your Nebraska State ID Number. You will need these to file and pay your sales tax after the event.

If you need a hotel for the show, we've negotiated special rates at the Hilton Omaha and Marriott Omaha through our travel partner GTA Meetings.

We will be offering special on-site only pricing for those who register for our 2026 event.

The on-site pricing will be good until 7pm on Sunday evening, so you can sign up during or after the show.

NO WEAPONS AT ALL, EVEN FAKE/COSTUME WEAPONS

CHI Health Center Omaha prohibits all weapons and objects resembling weapons from being brought into the Facility. CHI Health Center Omaha may prohibit admittance, or require removal, of a person possessing any type of weapon, fake weapon, or object resembling a weapon. This includes but is not limited to handguns, rifles, knives, straight edge razors, brass knuckles, swords, dangerous ordnance, Tasers, and all other categories of weapons, whether such items are real or replica weapons. This includes permit holders possessing or carrying lawfully concealed weapons in or around the Facility. Weapons cannot be checked into Security or Guest Services. Unless authorized by law, violation of this prohibition is a criminal offense.

We wanted to highlight this to make sure you do not have any type of fake weapon for sale, as you will be asked to remove it before the doors open to the public.

Please remember that you agreed to the Comic Con Nebraska Terms & Conditions for exhibiting when you signed up, but please specifically acknowledge:

1 – We do not allow AI-generated artwork to be displayed or sold. If any form of Al generated work being sold is determined to be as-such by our staff, it will be considered a form of counterfeit/bootleg merchandise and will be required to be removed.

2 – You cannot tear down early on Sunday; you must stay set up until the show closes at 5:00pm.
