Woven Rainbows By Erin is a happy rainbow filled sensory experience for all ages! I create chainmail and scale-mail wearable art and accessories that incorporate the elements of nature and whimsy. I have been working with chainmail since 2015, though I have created jewelry for more than 40 years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, and understand the need for hands on learning. Many children of all ages, 3-103, have a need for a good fidget “toy”, and that is exactly what chainmail is. My booth is touch friendly, as chainmail must be touched to be fully experienced. See the shininess and the colors. Feel the smooth coolness of the rings and scales. Hear the rustling and clinking it makes when shaken. Smelling is fine, but no tasting, please! Everything is handmade, by myself, one ring at a time out of various materials like: aluminum, stainless steel, copper, titanium, polycarbonate, glass, crystal, and semiprecious stones. My shop includes handmade fidget toys, shoulder pets, jewelry, gaming accessories, clothing accessories, inlays, and more. Always LGBTQ friendly, I incorporate many of the Pride flags as rainbows of all kinds should be loved and respected.
